Her role in Advisium is as Insights Strategist, where she helps making sure that the team can uncover the most from available and project's adhoc market research. Ester was the former head of consumer and shopper research at the cosmetics and adhesives business unit of Henkel Spain. Ester is also used to conduct qualitative and quantitative adhoc studies.
